Cam's Thanksgiving Recipe #2: An Easy Cranberry Sauce

Homemade cranberries are one of my favorite Thanksgiving dishes and I have to say that after making them for the first time I was shocked at how easy they are to whip up.  And they're just so pretty.

Here's my recipe for this year:

12 oz fresh cranberries (washed and picked over)
1/2 cup honey
1 cup water

Combine the water and the cranberries and bring them to a boil.  Boil for about a minute until the berries begin to split open and then remove them from heat and stir in the honey.  Put the berries in a bowl and refrigerate.

And because cranberries just seem to get better over a couple of days I'll be making this recipe on Tuesday and putting it in the fridge for Thanksgiving Day!
