Full of Grace Creations Monday Morning Giveaway: The Holy Communion Chaplet

It's time for another Full of Grace Creations Monday Morning Giveaway! Today’s giveaway is my latest Chaplet (you can see all my chaplets here). Here it is:

The Holy Communion Chaplet was originally prayed to prepare for Mass. Here are instructions on how it is prayed:

The Holy Communion Chaplet

Begin with an Act of Contrition. Between the crucifix and the medal you say an Act of Faith, an Act of Hope, and an Act of Charity.

An Act of Faith

O My God, I firmly believe that Thou art one God in three Divine Persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit; I believe that Thy Divine Son became man, and died for our sins, and that He will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe these and all the truths which the Holy Catholic Church teaches because Thou hast revealed them, Who canst neither deceive nor be deceived.

An Act of Hope

O My God, relying on Thy almighty power and infinite mercy and promises, I hope to obtain pardon of my sings, the help of Thy grace, and life everlasting, through the merits of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Redeemer.

An Act of Charity

O My God, I love Thee above all things, with my whole heart and soul, because Thou art all good and worthy of all love. I love my neighbor as myself for the love of Thee. I forgive all who have injured me, and ask pardon of all whom I have injured.

On the centerpiece pray on Glory Be and state Your Petition.

These are followed by 19 prayers, said in this pattern:

Hail Mary, Our Father, Memorare, Glory Be.

Repeat this pattern an additional 4 times, ending the fourth repetition with the Memorare.

On the centerpiece again pray one Glory Be and then repeat Your Petition.
