My Sewing Journey

This morning as I was looking for old photos of the outfits the girls were wearing yesterday, I began finding the pictures of my first sewing experiments.  And so I compiled a series of my little girls' dresses starting with my first dressing and going right up to the present!  It's pretty exciting for me to see the progress that's been made in the past two years!

  1. That's amazing! You are so talented. I remember treasuring all of my dresses when I was little because I knew my mom had made them just for me. It's such a gift to them, God bless you for taking the time to do it.

  2. So hope I can learn to sew like that. I can't wait to see what sewing projects you will take on in 2012!

  3. Wow your good. I noticed that Mae seems to be longer in the middle than Sadie was when she wore the blue outfit. You just have such big girls. I love the side by sides of Sadie then and now. The dress looks amazing on her in both pictures. When I have little ones I might need to call you up to make my little girl dresses. (Still not doing well on the whole learning to sew thing). Maybe You can become my personal dress maker. ;)

I love comments and I read every single comment that comes in (and I try to respond when the little ones aren't distracting me to the point that it's impossible!). Please show kindness to each other and our family in the comment box. After all, we're all real people on the other side of the screen!
